Our modern high efficiency kilns fuelled by our co-products (sawdust and wood chips) produce consistent drying to the high standards demanded by current grading regulations.
Timber for strength grading is dried to 20% as required by the C16 grade of BS EN 519.
Our kilns are also capable of heat-treating timber for export packaging and this service should be available from early December 2002.
