Timber

The timber we produce is sawn exclusively from Scottish forests much of it harvested by our own forestry operations. We are very aware of environmental concerns and our FSC backed policy is outlined in our environmental policy. Production from our modern high production sawmill is exclusively spruce and is accurately sawn into standard sizes used throughout the construction, fencing and packaging industries.

All of our production, including boards, is packaged to length (one length per pack) in standard odd and even lengths: 1.8, 2.1, 2.4, 2.7, 3.0, 3.3, 3.6, 3.9, 4.2, 4.5 and 4.8 m. Special cross cut lengths and long lengths up to 6.0 m are also available.
